Nice house, as listed, clean, good communication.

This property was exactly as advertised and better. Clean, updated, comfortable, conveniently located and every amenity you could ask for or need. Our family of 6 adults had plenty of space and the host was quick and responsive to all questions and concerns. Would highly recommend!

Very clean, beautifully designed home. Gorgeous kitchen. Even though it has minimal square footage, it still feels spacious; and even with a family, you don't feel crammed. The driveway and parking are slightly narrow and tight, so it would be difficult to navigate for bigger vehicles. We also wish the bathroom sink was bigger as it was difficult to brush our teeth, and the shower door does not stay closed. Otherwise, this is a lovely home and absolutely perfect for a group of 3 or 4 to stay comfortably. Great location, typical drive time was 15 minutes to all of our destinations in Rochester!

Very charming home! Was perfect for our family with young kids. Location is prime with easy access to dining, shops, and activities.

She is thoughtful, attentive, generous, and genuinely wants her guests to have the best possible stay. You can tell she pours her heart into everything she does. And I have to mention her amazing team! They are simply the best. Every interaction we had was met with kindness, warmth, and a willingness to help in any way they could. It was such a blessing to experience such genuine hospitality from everyone. If you’re considering staying in one of Sara’s homes, don’t hesitate for a second. You won’t just be booking a beautiful place to stay, you’ll be cared for by people who truly love serving others. The house was really clean. It had everything we needed. For our needs it was convenient. I would definitely rent from Sara again.

I and my guests loved this place. It was big enough to host all of us but small enough to not feel like we were in a too huge of a house. We all loved the property, but there is one thing I had a complaint bout which was for some reason we couldn't get the front door with the code. But we made it work with the back door so it's more of nitpick than a real complaint. Honestly, we are thinking of doing the trip again next year and I think we may use this service again as it was honestly a great experience. Thank you again for hosting us.

Easy check-in. Great location. Very clean unit with plenty of room and a fenced yard for dog. Owner was always responsive when I had questions.

My family and I visit Rochester frequently and we always try to stay at Sara's amazing Cozy Home. It's comfortable and is located close to everything we need. Sara is an attentive host which adds to the pleasure in staying at her property.

My hosts were so accommodating and very responsive when I had questions. I stayed there for a little over 3 weeks while waiting to close on my home. The home is very comfortable and modern. There is a LARGE fenced in back yard with a play set and a seating area. Very comfortable and safe stay!

Over all ok.No bathroom on first floor.Very slippery stairs.

Cozy Home is just that, plus location, location location. It doesn't get better than this. We enjoyed our stay and Sara is wonderful to work with.

We totally enjoyed our stay at this home in Brighton. It was comfortable, had different areas to enjoy (beautiful kitchen, living room, back porch, sunroom, and more (!) and was close to everything we needed. We plan to stay here again but next time will be better prepared for the traffic noise.
